The Provider and the Client acknowledge that the provision of legal services is subject to the availability of resources and funding, and the Provider reserves the right to allocate resources and prioritize cases based on their discretion and the needs of the community. 5. This contract shall be effective upon the acceptance and signature of both parties and shall remain in force until the completion of the provision of legal services or until terminated by either party in accordance with the terms outlined herein. 6. In the event of any disputes or disagreements arising from this contract, the parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations and mediation to resolve the issues before pursuing any legal action. 7.
